Product characteristics:
Alkaline detergent and cleaner. A synergistic blend of surfactants and complexing agents with the addition of corrosion inhibitors.
Usage:
Alirex cleaning agent is used for machine pressure cleaning of motor vehicle diesel particulate filters (DPF filters), catalytic converters (KAT), EGR valves and coolers.
Product features:
Alirex cleaner is a low viscosity, yellowish liquid with low foaming and a slight odour. It can be diluted with water in any proportion.

In case of heavy soiling, the dilution ratio can be adjusted.
Processing and instructions:
Alirex cleaning agent is dosed according to the type of cleaning equipment and the intensity of surface contamination.
Pour 5 l of Alirex into a 300 l tank.
Pour 2 l of Alirex per 100 l tank.
Recommended temperature 60 – max 80°C.
Alirex is a concentrated product. For effective cleaning, also pour Alirex into each DP.
Packaging, storage
Alirex DPF Premium Cleaner is supplied in 25 l PE canisters or other pre-arranged packaging. It is stored in closed containers in places protected from direct weather conditions. The recommended storage temperature is +5 to +25 °C.
Transport
Alirex DPF Premium is transported by covered means of transport. It is subject to ADR/RID regulations.
Warranty period
If the product is transported and stored according to the above conditions, its warranty period is 12 months from the date of unloading.
